Project Zia was more than just a milestone for &Wassef; it was a testament to our comprehensive approach to design. From the lush landscape and intricate hardscape and softscape elements to the refined interiors, lobbies, and every formal space in between, we crafted a unified brand identity. We didn’t stop there: our team also shaped the parking spaces, wayfinding, signage, and tenant mix guidelines to ensure both aesthetic harmony and seamless operation. In doing so, we became the go-to experts for developers looking to elevate their commercial projects from the ground up.
