When Ahmed Wassef, founder of And Wassef Studio, first sat down with the development team at LMD, the conversation quickly moved past briefs and floor plans. What he was searching for was the truth underneath; the untold story of what 1-Ninety had always been, but had never quite said out loud.

The site had earned its place. Plot number one on 90th Road, at the moment New Cairo's most prestigious artery was establishing itself as the city's premier open-air business park and retail destination. First in location. First in address. First, in every sense of the word.
