FLOATANDAN envisions a floating bronze ring that reconnects Handan with its river — a modular, self-sustaining structure built with wood, bronze, earth, and water. Designed to adapt and expand, it creates a living public space that invites people to walk above the water, celebrating harmony between nature, culture, and innovation — a hopeful vision for a cleaner, more connected city.

This proposal was awarded 1st Prize in the Q-City International Competition, selected from 788 competitors worldwide and is now pending approval from the local parliament for potential implementation.
